At Italica, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home furnishings. If a piece doesn't perfectly fit your space, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Italica account and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive an RMA number.

  Prepare Your Items

  Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes with all protective padding to ensure safe transit back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Schedule a Pickup

  Use our portal to print your prepaid shipping label and schedule a convenient home pickup for large furniture items or drop off smaller decor at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
